WARRANTY POLICY & AFTER-SALES TERMS

1. Warranty Coverage Region

This warranty applies only to e-bikes purchased directly from zonmen-bk.com within the United States.

  • Purchases made through third-party sellers or dealers must contact the original seller for after-sales service
  • All ZonMen customers are entitled to lifetime technical support

Shipping Limitations:

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories
  • Warranty parts are shipped only within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states)

2. Warranty Period

ZonMen provides a limited warranty from the date of delivery covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear

  • Tires, inner tubes
  • Brake pads
  • Spokes
  • Accessories

Improper Use or Damage

  • Abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Stunt riding, jumping, or extreme use
  • Improper charging or non-approved chargers
  • Unauthorized modifications or third-party parts
  • Water damage
  • Unauthorized repairs

Other

  • Lost or damaged keys or NFC cards
  • Tampered components

4. Warranty Claims Process

To submit a warranty claim:

Please provide:

  • Order number / proof of purchase
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

Notes:

  • Claims must be submitted within the warranty period
  • Troubleshooting may be required before approval
  • Replacement parts are free, but installation costs are not covered

5. Shipping Damage Claims

  • Must be reported within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide photo/video evidence

Note:
Minor damage to free accessories is not eligible for replacement.


6. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed while the product is still in your possession, the warranty will be suspended until resolved.


7. Order Cancellation & Modification

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • No cancellations after shipment

8. Returns Policy

8.1 Non-Defective Returns

  • Within 30 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused
  • Buyer pays return shipping

By using ZonMen products, you acknowledge:

  • Riding involves inherent risks
  • You are responsible for safe operation
  • You should use protective gear
  • You must comply with local laws

ZonMen is not liable for injuries caused by misuse or unsafe riding.


11. BATTERY SAFETY DISCLAIMER

You agree:

  • Use only the original charger
  • Avoid heat, water, and physical damage
  • Store properly

ZonMen is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling.


12. OFF-ROAD / HIGH-RISK USE DISCLAIMER

  • Extreme riding (jumps, racing, stunts) is not covered
  • Use beyond intended limits is at your own risk

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ZonMen is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or data
  • Injuries from misuse

Liability is limited to the purchase price.
